Adding RAM and GTX 1650 Aspire TC-885 I5517

I'm looking into buying a Acer Aspire TC-885 I5517 (8GB/128+1000GB/i5-9400). However, I've got some problems with this configuration:

* I'd need at least 16GB RAM, I'm aware that this system can expand up to 32GB, but are there any recommendations here as to which specific strips to add (brand, type, etc.)?
* I want to add a GTX 1650, is this possible without any other modifications to this machine? As far as I can tell the answer here is yes, but I've seen contradicting explanations and would like to make sure. Also, I'm aware of the i5-9400F variant, but if this is possible with the I5517, I don't see a reason to pay more +300 euro more for a device that can be bought for > 150 euro.

This model supports a maximum of 32Gb RAM (2 slots, 2x16Gb each) DDR4 2400/2666 Mhz



As for GPU, you should pay attention to the following factors:

1- physical size (depending on which exact model and developer will acquire)
2 - PCIe slot will limit final GPU performance as it is an X1 version
2- More powerful PSU due to power demand (450 to 500W reais)
