For some reason, when this happens, the laptop stop charging. I saw another posts of this error but it charges a bit before start having this error. The motive i'm blaming the adaptor is because in certain positions, it actually charges. Anyway, any help and i would be grateful.

Google keywords 'e5-571' & 'charger' for vendors that are convenient to you. Prices for a new replacement adapter between $10 and $20 USD. Jack E/NJ

It would help to know the full ACER model number that you have. If you're talking about blaming the adapter plug position it could very well be the contacts inside the laptop jack. Peer inside the jack with a flashlight to make sure the center pin contact is center straight and the side slider contact is visible as in the image below. Jack E/NJ

I checked the pin and it looks centralized. Anyway, the model is Z5WAH and series is E5-571/E5-531. The AC adaptor model is PA-1450-26.

What do you mean by 'certain positions'? There's only one way to insert the plug into the jack. Are you perhaps jiggling the plug in the jack? Pressing the plug t in harder? Pulling the plug out slightly? Moving the wire on the plug? What certain position are we talking about? Jack E/NJ

The only way i found to make it charge is removing the adaptor fron all the plugs and putting the adaptor and wires in different positions.
