Buen día estoy teniendo problemas con mi laptop la cual adquirí hace 2 meses para renderizado cosa que aun no hacia, Al reproducir cualquier vídeo inicia bien buena calidad de imagen pero después de unos minutos se pone verde la imagen del vídeo y tengo reiniciar el vídeo para que vuelva reproducir y en ocasiones la pantalla se pone azul, ya se actualizaron los controladores con la configuración del sitio oficial de Acer al igual que el BIOS pero no sirvió de nada, las imágenes que anexo son al reproducir una película, aparte esta super lenta es imposible realizar cualquier actividad, espero me puedan ayudar.
