Why is my keyboard not working properly? Aspire F5-573G

I have an Acer Aspire F5-573G laptop with me. The keyboard of my laptop is not working properly. Only the power button works properly. Once the laptop turns on if I apply pressure from the base of the laptop below the keyboard it starts working properly. There are no other issues apart from this with the laptop for now. Please help me to fix this.

Hi,
Have you tried reinstalling the driver for keyboard? If not, go to Device manager, expand keyboards, highlight and right click Standard PS/2 keyboard, click Properties, go to Driver tab and uninstall the driver, reboot and let windows install the driver.
If that doesn't help, it may be due to lose connection of keyboard cable, if you are within the warranty period, get it fixed by contacting Acer Support centre in your region.
