predator helios 300 turbo button / blue screen

Hello everyone
I'm encountering some issues with my brand new Predator PH315-52
First with the extreme profile of the predator sense or press turbo button
when I press the turbo button or choosing the extreme profile from the predator sense the laptop shows the blue screen immediately after any nvidia GPU load
Stop Code : VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE
What failed: nvlddmkm.sys

I tried to update the windows from 1803 to 1903 , bios from 1.02 to 1.03 then 1.04 , nvidia driver 431.60 (from GeForce Experience application) , reinstalling predator sense ,checking desk health
no thing helped and didn't solved
only still the reinstalling windows I didn't tried this one
its clear that the GPU when it overclocked with the extreme profile in predator sense it is stopping and freezing
now I don't know what I will do with this button
other profiles normal and fast works fine
Any Ideas or solutions ??

Second with Keyboard
the keyboard sometimes double the letter when I'm writing (space bar , Enter , other keys) , I don't know why this is happening or how to solve it or what is the cause

For keyboard, try playing with the settings in the screenshot below:

AhmedAlsaegh I suggest you follow sri369 advice regarding the keyboard but regarding the bsod i would get bluescreenviewer and investigate it a bit more if you cant find a solution the best one would be an acer factory reset clean install ALT+F10 on boot

I saw that the problem is the overclocking for the gpu
this laptop can't handle this overclocking value
so I followed your video in editing the predator sense and changed the overclocking for the turbo from 160 to 100
any value above 100 will cause a crash -blue screen-

I don't know if a clean installation of windows helps or not
if you have any idea about this case -about overclocking-
Whatever , I will buy a new ssd nvme drive and install windows on it
it have 2 ssd nvme slots
