I have an eMachines Acer E200HV.

The monitor creates problems with the BIOS and Windows 10 64 bit.

I need updated firmware and Drivers for Windows 19 64 bit.

WHERE CAN I GET THESE?

What kinds of problems are you seeing? The monitor is plug and play, so you shouldn't need any drivers to use it.

The monitor hangs the BIOS and blue screens in Windows 10 64

Works when I power down the monitor before power up as far as BIOS is concerned and when I switch the monitor, made to be a secondary monitor, in WINDOWS.

Used to give blue screens in Windows 7 and 8.1.

The BIOS problem is probably because of an outdated or corrupt firmware as well as the Windows problem may be.

Anyway, I need the newest firmware possible. In case there is not any, I need the original firmware to install again. In case there is not any specific firmware for this model, I need the firmware from any other module with the same hardware inside.

Forgot to mention : The BIOS works OK with other monitors.

Again : When I first power up the monitor and then the PC, the BIOS hangs. When I power up the PC first, with the monitor powered down and wait for the BIOS to complete and then, thereafter, I power the monitor up, things seem to be OK as far as the BIOS is concerned.

Again : The BIOS is OK and updated to the newest and powers up OK with other monitors.

If the monitor is causing a hang during the BIOS POST process, it's not a driver issue since Windows hasn't even started to load. That points to a hardware issue with the monitor... :(

This is why I ask for drivers AND firmware, ideally.

I don't believe any of these monitors have a firmware update procedure that applicable in the field. It requires a trip to the factory if there was an update.
