Disabling integrated Intel GPU on Predator Helios 300 PH315-52

Hey, I've recently bought this fresh model with RTX 2060, but I'm getting some performance issues.

I don't usually play performance demanding AAA titles. I just play League of Legends, Apex Legends, and some PUBG.

However, I can't get a clean 144 fps on these games even on lowest graphic settings. I get around 110~170 on League, 80~150 on Apex Legends, and 50~100 on PUBG.

I tried everything like reinstalling the drivers, adding more RAMs, etc.

So I searched on Google and I figured out that the integrated gpu on my laptop is being used to render pixels calculated through the dedicated gpu (which is the RTX 2060), so there can be some fps loss on that procedure.

That gave me an idea of adding an external monitor to my laptop. Since HDMI is connected directly to the dedicated gpu, there would be no need of using the integrated gpu to render = no fps loss.

It actually worked, but sadly the monitor is 60hz and I want to take advantage of the 144hz monitor on my laptop.

Is there any way to disable the integrated gpu on my device, or is there any other options to fix this issue other than buying another 144hz monitor?

@xapim Other brands like ASUS, HP, Dell offers an option to disable it through BIOS settings though. Is there any workaround to do that, or it's just a hardware thing?

You relize the Helios 300 2019 is G sync compatible right? Just go to nvdia control panel - display and enable G sync so Optimus won't let the Intel GPU interfere

The main display doesn't show up on the NVIDIA control panel though, since it's connected to the iGPU.

That didn't work out well. I get 2 fps on Apex as if I don't have any graphic devices. The main display adapter changed to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

That is incorrect. The Helios 300 does not have optimus.
