Acer Aspire 7 (A717-71G-74H6) keycap loose

Hi

The "w" keycap on my keyboard is loose. Is there some speciel way to reinsert it? When I insert it the is a small "click" sound and the button is attached, but I can only use the top, right and left part of the key. If I use the bottom part of "w" it snaps out again. I tried reinserting it while my computer was sideways and upside down, but it didn't help

As far as I can see the plastic thing on the keycap are working and the 4 hooks on the keyboard key are intact. I took some pictures, in case it helps. 

Is the keycap just broken? 

The computer just is 9 months old. It happened while playing Skyrim on ultra. The computer can get quite warm, could the heat be weakening plastic on the keycaps?
