I recently bought a new graphics card but I'm having trouble removing my current 970 I have revived the screws from the back where the HDMI port is and pushed down the latch inside the actual PC but the graphics card still is giving some resistance. And I don't want to damage the GPU or my motherboard. Is there any hidden screws or latches I'm not dealing with?

The specs on my g3 are
    I5-6400
    16gb ram ddr4
    Gtx 970
Im upgrading to a gtx rtx 2060
Is that possible with the motherboard on the g3-710 along with its 500Watt power supply?
