    Hi @PiotrRabiega
The temp should drop down playing on 75-80C while gaming.
make sure the graphic card drivers are updated. follow the below steps to update the drivers:
    1. Open Start. . ...
    2. Click the search bar. It's at the bottom of the Start menu.
    3. Search for Device Manager. ...
    4. Click Device Manager. ...
    5. Expand the "Display adapters" heading. ...
    6. Right-click your video card's name. ...
    7. Click Update Driver Software…. ...
    8. Click Search automatically for updated driver software.
Hit Accept if its useful :)

PiotrRabiega the 1660ti variants already come pre undervolted but sometimes you have to keep tweaking it to achieve better temps even the same hardware do not behave the same way from unit to unit the ideal idle temps (depending on your cpu/gpu usage while idle) should be 40/50 max and while gaming shouldnt exceed 85 above 85/90+ its when its starts to thermal throttling i suggest to try it with different games to compare it because some games use more cpu others use more gpu also if you want to learn more about it check the links in my signature
