What EXACT model of your laptop?
Which release version of Windows is installed?

Have you tried reinstalling the factory OEM system?

To reinstall the factory OEM system, simply press ALT + F10 when you log in before displaying the Acer logo.

If you have backed up your files, I suggest you perform the "fully clean the drive" option which will remove everything and reinstall a clean system without any configuration.

If the issue sill there after a fresh install it's hardware failure in my opinion as software was already ruled out I would contact the shop/seller or acer support and sent it for a diagnostic

    Found the SOLUTION! Permanent Fix
" Connect the antenna line in correct way "

Connect the Black cable in Main/2 pin & the White cable in AUX/1 pin

    It solved my problem
    Good luck y’all
