HI. I am unable to connect to micosoft store on my acer laptop. It says the connection timed out. what should I do ?

    • Run the Windows apps troubleshooter. This will automatically diagnose and fix errors with Windows store.
    • Check if you are signed in with a Microsoft account.
    • Check your time and location settings. Go to Settings Time & Language.

    Thanks for your help. Your first suggestion helped. The problem was with the windows update.
