Acer Swift 3 fan problem(SF314-54

Good evening,
I just bought a new Acer Swift 3, model no SF314-54. It's a very nice laptop but I have one problem with it, the CPU fan makes a slight grinding noise, made worse when the laptop is tilted. After some searching, it would appear that the bearings are at fault but this is a brand new laptop!
Any suggestions?
Thanks

It looks mostly like hardware issue. I would recommend you to contact acer support for more help.

Lets try a simple step first
power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec
