Acer Predator Helio 300 PH315-52 GTX1660ti has a driver Code 43

My Acer nvidia gtx 1660ti has a driver code 43, i have tried updating to the latest drives for the card , that didnt work, the currently installed drives come from the acer driver and support website, i inserted the laptops serial number so i am pretty sure the VGA drivers i downloaded were meant to make my system work.

*I have tried DDU uninstall in safe mode and then installing the drives( the drivers downloaded from the acer site)
*I have tried disabling the drive and restarting the pc, that didnt fix it either but an interesting thing i noticed is that during reboot after the predator logo the screen goes off for about 1 or 2 min before i 
 get a login screen, but when i disable the nvidia driver and then restart there is no "off screen" moment.
*Nvidia Control Panel Does not open.
*Geforce Experience opens Sometimes(but it delays for a long time, like about 2-3min) but it mostly shows me an error ( "geforce experience error code 0x0001" or "geforce experience error code 0x0003") and on the rare occasion when it doesnt do that, i take the opportunity to update the driver but then the error remains.

So Not Knowing what to do next, i took a look into event viewer, which currently shows two errors :
Both errors appear to be the same (I checked :D)

    Oki Doki So, Its been almost 7 months i am here to officially end this topic, i sent the laptop ( i didnt my parents did ) back to acer and they repaired it, the problem was a hardware problem, not software, they replaced the board of the laptop, to seven months for me to get the laptop, and thats because i live in Africa, my parents were busy so they didnt prioritize getting the laptop back to me, and i know how busy they are so i dont pressure them, i say this so that you know that the laptop was fixed at an earlier date, i dont know when so it didnt take acer 7 months to fix it, i have tested the machine with Heaven Benchmark and everything seems fine, thanks to everyone who tried to help.

    Have you tried updating the drivers directly from the intel and nvidia website?
    Yes i have tried updating the drivers, the nvidia gpu is up to date, as for the intel driver according to the "driver easy" application its not up to date but when i go to the intel website and download their "intel driver & support assistant" it tells my everything is up to date.

    Did you try to reset the notebook by pressing alt + f10 before the Acer logo?

    What is causing the NVIDIA Experience Error Code 0x0003? ... Corrupted Nvidia driver – In some cases, the issue might occur if one or more drivers used by your GPU are tainted by corruption. In this case, you will be able to resolve the issue by reinstalling every Nvidia Component.

    Yup code 43 its usually hardware failure only a mobo replacement would fix it
