it feels like the fans stopped blowing the air out. how do i open the fans if there is any dust in them?

Here is a video of the teardown for your model and while your cleaning the fans you might as well repaste with Grizzly Kryonaut

Not sure about the fan speed except Max with Coolboost is best, you could give it a good blowout with canned air and if you fancy taking the back off you could apply a small drop of light machine oil to the central spindles. Again I don't know which paste they are using but I do know there have been problems with it's quality, if you are going to repaste, which it sounds as though you should, go with Grizzly Kryonaut. I also use a Targus powered cooling mat for really hot running games.
