completely inactive computer screen,keyboard and mouse

the only buttons that are still working are the light adjustments and volume. my Acer Chromebook is a laptop with a touchscreen and the touchscreen won't affect anything. the mouse shows up in certain places but isn't able to click on anything. the keys are inactivated except for those listed above(volume+light). the power off, rebooting, and other restarting techniques will not work. please help me out! I have limited time and I preferably need to get this done by tomorrow... the 12 of July. I'm freaking out! please help me. if you don't know what to do could you at least recommend a cheap but good place to get it repaired? thanks, and I hope you can help...

to sum it up:

inactive keyboard except for light and sound buttons
the mouse is unable to click on anything
the touchscreen is not an option.
