Faulty laptop (Predator helios 300)

I purchased Acer Predator helios 300 laptop on flipkart. On first use after 4 hrs the screen went black. I gave laptop to authorised service center acer on 29 June 2019. Till date my laptop has not been repaired. I called up acer and service centre. They keep giving me technical delay or something,Awaiting parts etc. I asked why don't you replace it,if it is under warranty. They do not commit..I am not sure if my laptop is ever getting fixed, and who knows what problems it might create if it can't even run 4hrs properly.
Worst mistake buying acer.
I ask acer to give me a replacement laptop, One which is working fine this time.

    jivanjyoti unfortunately we are not acer direct support this community its ran by normal users no one here works for acer except some staff that manages it you issue has to be dealt with acer themselves and personally if it were me i would make the shop/seller to swap it right away i wouldnt sent it to acer because its the seller responsibility to replace faulty brand new products there seem to be many issues in India and with some of the acer repair service sub contractors and also flipkart but as i said this has to be sorted out directly between you and them there is nothing we are able to do here

    I dont agree with your statement at all i had been using acer myself since 2008 (currently have 4 acer laptops) and never had one single issue the issue here its sellers like flipkart that do everything to con the customers i have read about broken seals swapped hardware on brand new laptops for cheaper one they do everything to save money i would never buy anything from them from the reviews i had read even if they were my only option i would prefer to loose my warranty and import it from somewhere else again im sorry for you having issues and i understand your frustration
