Nitro 5 won’t boot, stuck in loop

My son’s Nitro 5 wont boot up. It’s stuck in a constant loop gets to the blue screen that says something is wrong and it automatically restarts. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

1) The Computer won’t boot into safe mode.

2) Tried using the windows media creation tool on a USB drive. It does boot into that. However using the repair computer selection fails. I tried doing the “regback” commands but those fail because it says the disk is write protected. Then I tried to restore windows from a previous point, that also failed.

3) I booting into the recovery partition on the computer. Once into that I tried to restore windows, that also failed.

4) So I ordered a recovery USB drive from Acer. I’m able to choose it from the F12 boot menu but it won’t load, I just get back into the startup loop.

What am am I don’t wrong here? Help!

Can you tell the exact model of your notebook? Example an515-51-75kz! Also, have you tried to press alt + f10 before the Acer logo?

I’m away from the computer right now so can’t get the model #, but I do remember the 515-51 in it.

yes I did the alt-f10, it loads, but the recovery fails every time.
