Hey guys, I have the Nitro 5 AN515-52 (GT 1050, I5 8300H, 8GB RAM, 1TB Disk, Optane).

Sometimes when i'm playing League of Legends, Age of Empires II, Apex Legends the game freezes (fps drops to 0) for 0,5 - 1,0 second, and then come back to their normal state. When I bought the laptop it didn't has that kind of problems. I already did a factory reset and tried different GPU drivers (using DDU) and the problem is still there. I don't know why, but now that i'm playing Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice I never had a problem (I played it for many hours already).

I just downloaded OBS so I'll try to record the problem.

    Good evening Skylit !

By your account, does your problem only occur in online games?
Are you using Windows's high performance power plan?
Is the battery calibrated and charged at 100% before playing?
Play connected to the power outlet?

Hi @MaClane I just fixed the problem (at least with League of Legends and Aoe II)... It was ridiculously easy to fix tbh. It was only a problem with NVIDIA settings. I changed the PhysX set up, it was working with Intel Graphics and I changed it to use my GTX 1050. Now its working properly at least with those games.

I set it up like this:
