Can I use a charger with 250v 3a ( Acer aspire vx15)

My old charger I was using 250v 5a then it broke so I bought a new one with 250v with 3a can I use it and wont harm my Acer aspire vx15?

    If you do heavy gaming or graphics power loads, your old charger probably burned out because it was only 95watts or 5A. Your laptop specifies a 135 watt charger or 7A. Sorry a 60watt or 3A charger probably won't last very long under heavy load. Jack E/NJ

    Please post screenshot of charger's label or charger model number. If plug polarity is the same and output 19vdc, it is probably OK.  Jack E/NJ

    I changed only the first wire before the box
