Is the pre installed key will be always in Motherboard kernal ?
I am not sure where it is stored on motherboard, but yes, it will be always there. Unless there is a drastic change in hardware, it would always be picked from there.

But, a suggestion, get a Pro key that is a standalone and not a Home to Pro upgrade key. I know it is a little more, but you can talk to MS folks and try a bargain. A standalone pro key will work even if the Home Key on your mother board didn't work for some reason. Plus, since you paid for it and it is not the laptop OEM, you can always call up MS support for any issues in future.

Better upgrade through the store in Windows 10 after buying your laptop. It will get linked to your account and it will be a retail license.
Trying to do my best here - Your happy Predator owner =)!

Click on "change product key" and enter the pro key, and you'll be all set. Home to Pro upgrade is very easy and barely takes more than one restart.

Whenever you reinstall Windows (clean), it will pick Home key from motherboard. Post install, follow the steps above and you'll be back on Pro.

IsmaelMiber Yes the windows oem key its built into the bios so everytime you reinstall windows back to factory (or if you format the factory recovery partition completely bare in mind you will loose it cannot get it back again and install it from a usb drive) it will go back to home version but you can get the key via cmd before you upgrade to pro to save it yourself
    CMD
