Good afternoon. Went to the acer driver update page this morning. Pulled up my laptop serial. Saw a few driver updates available, including BIOS 1.26. First one I tried to install was the bios update. After update, I have no mouse. I have tried a variety of corded and bluetooth, all verified to work on other pcs. Trackpads also doesn't work. Have tried fn+every f key combo. Tried advanced and basic trackpad options in bios. Help please.

In device manager don't click "Update" click "Uninstall" then restart your laptop. Let us know

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
