Instead of throttlestop open Control Panel. Search 'power plan'. Click 'choose power plan' in left pane. Select balanced mode. Jack E/NJ

Is it still dropping FPS and consistently hitting 95*C in balanced mode under heavy loads? If yes, have you tried to simply raise the laptop about an inch or so abridged over a hard surface to promote better airflow? Jack E/NJ

    1. Create a custom power plan out of Balanced, and select it.

    2. Install ParkControl (freeware), and enable the option "show park settings in windows power options".
Select all 4 options as in screenshot and mark them at 0%.

You can now close or uninstall this program.

    3. Open the power plan advanced settings and configure processor settings as below.

These should help processor stay cool and push up only as needed. I do not see any lag in the tasks I do, including heavy ones and games, and my laptop stays cooler too.

Some more things you can try:
    1. Use felt pads under the laptop feet to raise its height by about an inch. This would allow more air to flow underneath it.
    2. Get a USB fan and point it to the area to the north of F1 to F8 keys - this too would help cool out the heating pipes in that area under the cover.

For GPU, follow the link in the signature that would guide you to plotting the GPU curve using MSI Afterburner.

Lavanshu even if you cant find a ready conf for your cpu dont worry you can try to go with TS remix video values (these are the same guides i used on mine i also dont have a conf for my cpu but bare in mind i also had repasted with kryonaut) and setup everything manually then start from there tweaking them manually to get the best out of it its always a try and miss and you can also undervolt the GPU using msi AB.
