I am Harman from india.

I bought acer predator worth rs.70000/- in october 2018. My laptop was working but it gets overheated 2 times  and i contacted the customer care and he guided me to update BIOS and said it will fix my problem but when next day i checked it by playing gta five my laptop gets turned off.which is the result of customer care guidance.And now my laptop just gets off and does not responded to charger. And i had visit from one of the service engineer who said that motherboard is not working but said cannot be replaced .he said to pay the half amount of my laptop cost and i cant afford this.i am getting no help from anywhere.my laptop has become unuseful box. My heart has been broken due to this and i am really ****.i cant sleep at night. So please i request someone to please help me how to solve this problem.

please try performing factory reset to correct the auto shutdown issue, and coming to overheat issue there are many trouble shooting steps that can be performed. 

You can try to overclock using predator sense app
You can re-paste the thermal paste 
Make sure to set the power settings at high performance
