Dear Support Team,
I have an Acer A515 52g laptop and I tried to install the 2 touchpad drivers whats can be found o the Acer official website.
The first one was the: Touchpad_Synaptics_19.0.25.9_W10x64. It installed with successfull but I cannot see in the programs and features and also the touchpad does not work neither.
The second try: touchpad_ELANTECH_13.6.10.2_W10x64. When I started the intallation with the Install.cmd file it automaticly closes itself and the installation is interrupted.

Could you provide a touchpad driver what it works on that laptop (windows 10 64bit), please?

Thank you in advance
Best regards
Akos

Does Device Manager show any red or yellow warnings? If none, press WIN+R. Enter 'main.cpl'. Click 'hardware' tab. What devices do you see? Jack E/NJ

    Good afternoon Hekagros !

Checked in Bios if the Touchpad option is in Advanced or Basic?
Have you updated your system before installing the drivers?

There is no any red or yellow signs in the device manager. I attached a picture.

Here are the 3 mouse devices what the windows can see:
    1.
    HID\hid&Col01
    HID\VID_00FF&UP:0001_U:0002
    HID_DEVICE_SYSTEM_MOUSE
    HID_DEVICE_UP:0001_U:0002
    HID_DEVICE
    2.
    HID\hid&Col02
    HID\VID_00FF&UP:0001_U:0002
    HID_DEVICE_SYSTEM_MOUSE
    HID_DEVICE_UP:0001_U:0002
    HID_DEVICE
    3.
    HID\VID_4423&PID_0001&REV_0100&MI_00
    HID\VID_4423&PID_0001&MI_00
    HID\VID_4423&UP:0001_U:0002
    HID_DEVICE_SYSTEM_MOUSE
    HID_DEVICE_UP:0001_U:0002
    HID_DEVICE

My opinion the 3rd is my usb mouse device...

I do not have "advanced touchpad" option in my BIOS.
No, I have  disabled the windows 10 updates.

In that case I suggest you upgrade your drivers and your Windows to the latest version.
