Help please(Predator)

Just came back from work loaded up laptop and came back to. Have no idea what’s caused this as it was working 6 hours ago. Now I have a permanent white box in the centre of my screen.

any idea guys?

    Hi @Matthew123,

    Try to press and hold the power button for 3-5 sec and turn off the unit.  Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device.The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the laptop.

    I would like to correct something here disconnect from AC press/hold the battery power drain switch for 10s min leave the laptop off for 2/3h to make sure all the remaining power/static energy have been drained properly and try to boot it again into bios (press F2 on boot) load bios setup defaults/save and exit see if the issue still persists
