I recently installed a WD Blue 250GB M.2 SATA SSD in my Acer Nitro 5(Ryzen) which I purchased from amazon and the performance was quite fluid but when I ran crystaldisk becnmark, I was getting only ~383MB/s read and ~450MB/s write in sequential read/write test. It is quite low as to other users who posted their benchmark result on amazon review in which they all got 535/504 read/write in same test using same configuration and version of crystaldisk.  Everything like SSD health and connection speed is shown as good in WD SSD dashboard software. Did I got a defective product or the problem's in my laptop?

The defective product is CrystalDisk. You get what you pay for. Uninstall it and enjoy the SSD performance instead of fretting over benchmark freeware. Jack E/NJ

See people post in review youtube and all is after doing multiple test and taking the best. And most probably they wont be even using it as a OS bootable disk when testing (no files inside, no process going on). People show things outside what others want to see not what really it is.

If you do the test multiple time you will itself get different scores.
Bench-marking once or twice is OK, remember it is an SSD doing benchmark will speed up its death cycle faster.
