How do I stop thermal throttling and low Cinebench R15 scores?

Yo. I got the Acer Nitro 5 i5 8300H about 6 to 7 months ago and it runs at about 90-100 degrees Celcius. I have tried undervolting but that didn't really do anything. Also, the Cinebench R15 scores are very low, at 483. Please help me resolve this.

Try raising the laptop at least 2-3" above a hard surface to promote better airflow when under heavy loads.  If throttling still happens, change your ControlPanel power plan to balanced instead of performance. If still no joy, then re-paste the heatsinks with a quality goop like ArcticMX4. Finally, stop fretting over CineBench scores, simply uninstall it. Focus instead on stopping the temps from consistently reaching above about 94*C when under heavy loads. Jack E/NJ

I make sure my Nitrosense if you have it, is set on max fan with Coolboost on. Also I use a Targus cooling mat with USB powered fans

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)
