I was playing a game, when suddenly my laptop turned off, as though it were a desktop and the power went out. I've tried unplugging the charger and pressing/holding the power button in every combination I can think of, but it still refuses to turn on. The charging LEDs do not turn on when the charger is plugged in. The battery is not removable. My warranty expired about a year ago. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same exact issue as everyone in the thread above, with my VN7-791G-76Z8 laptop. Just like Noeinon in the thread above battery reset button isn't working either. Every thread about this subject is left blank once the battery reset button doesn't fix the issue. Is there an actual helpful number we can call??? Seems like many people are having this issue and not getting any answers.

First of all I want to know if the fans are running or the keyboard lights are on, then we'll proceed from there

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)

As they stated in the thread I linked, no. Nada. Nothing. No out of whack components upon inspection under the keyboard either. Charger is working fine too. (I tested it)
