Repair Shipping Reimbursement (Second Repair in 6 Months)

Wondering if anyone has been able to get reimbursed for shipping costs after multiple repairs.

I need to send my Acer Aspire E5 in for the second time for repairs after suddenly not turning on at all.  The first time sending it in for repairs was to fix the monitor that was not turning on.

The first issue happened a month after purchasing the laptop and this second issue is occurring less than 6 months later.

Definitely will not be purchasing/recommending an Acer product again in the future.  Never had an experience with such a poor mix of customer service,accountability, and quality.

    I am sorry for any inconveniences, you can read Acer warranty information here on page 4 give you more information about this. The warranty is a 1 Year Limited: Parts & Labor, Mail In or Carry In.
