Your ControlPanel power plan should be changed from balanced or saver mode to performance mode. Your battery should be near 100% charged and charger plugged in BEFORE you start heavy game playing. If you don't do these steps before playing, the machine will try to conserve energy and not use its full capabilities in order to save the battery. Jack E/NJ

Open Device Manager. Click on DisplayAdapters folders. Right click properties on each adapter. Click Driver tab. What is the driver version number for each adapter? Jack E/NJ

That is an AMD generic radeon driver, not the ACER radeon driver. if this generic version was installed by a radeon update notice, it was not meant for this machine? Please uninstall this generic version and try the version downloaded from this link. https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/VGA/VGA_AMD_22.19.163.1792_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=636588510759229132&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE E5-523G&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6

First, try playing the games to see how they react to the driver. Jack E/NJ
