I have a 4 yr old Acer Aspire 10 SW5-015-16Y3,  recently started noticing case coming open both on screen side and back.  Took the back off and it looks like the battery is bulging.  It's a 2 cell battery that is "squishy" on top, is that normal.  Unit works fine and battery charge is good, ideas?

    Good evening JerryAZ !

As informed, if the battery is swollen and the material is "soft", do not call in any hypothesis and arrange the exchange and removal of the battery as soon as possible.
