I'can't update my Bios - ACER AN515-42

Hi!
So apperantly I was trying to update my bios because i still have version 1.11 and the newest for ACER AN515-42 is 1.13... I want to update my bios because my computer is super slow... Now here is the problem when I try to open bios update which i downloaded from the acer website it does nothing and i don't know what should I do?

First of all, none of the Bios upgrades available for your model will increase laptop performance.

Bios updates are extremely delicate and risky processes and should only be performed in serious cases of serious system errors or extreme need for correction or compatibility.
Outside this is a process that should be avoided to the maximum, especially if your machine is working perfectly.

If your problem is slow, you should start checking the system settings, especially on the power part.
Check also in the task manager if the disk is 100% constant use error.
