Acer Predator Helios 500 - Ryzen 7 + Vega 56 Ram + Storage upgrade questions

Hi, I recently purchased the predator 500 with AMD and love it!

I do want to stick with the OEM 256gb nvme in the first slot, and don't want to change the internal ram yet.

For now, what would be good options to upgrade for the two open RAM slots, and the SATA SSD + M.2 SSD Slots? I read somewhere that the M.2 slot was tested only for capacities upto 512GB. Is that true?

I'm thinking of getting a 2tb 2.5" SSD, and a 2tb m.2 ssd (WD Blue).

Not certain what speed ram to get, since the specs show on board ram is 2400. Some say a 2666 ram is ok, but others recommend matching the existing ram speeds for longevity.

Really confused, appreciate any feedback.

Hi lmahesh26 thats exactly correct it was tested up to 512gb (all Predator laptop variants were only tested up to 512gb but all of them support at least 2tb) but doesnt mean you cant use more i have a wd blue 3d nand 2tb on my G3-572 so yours will definitely support it and you would have a great upgrade there the beast gets even more beastier :p hope this helps :)
