     Did you follow the Manual and condition your battery by discharging and recharging it 3 times? If not please do it. Do NOT game on battery power, modern Gaming Laptops are not designed to run games on Battery power, I don't know if you were or not. Before running a game charge your Battery to 100% and leave the AC adapter plugged in while you play and make sure your power settings in Windows and Nitro/Predator Sense are on High Performance. Basically battery power is for mundane tasks such as web browsing, word processing etc...shut down any background tasks not needed and your performance settings should be set to low. You should never completely discharge your battery except during the initial conditioning when you can run it down to 10% after that in normal battery use, plug it back into the AC when it gets down to 30%. Hope this helps

    Hi @B4ttleSky
    Try uninstalling and re-installing the battery drivers, follow the steps below ;
    1. Press Windows Key + X to open Win + X menu. ...
    2. Now click Batteries in the Device Manager window.
    3. Next, you should right-click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and select Uninstall from the context menu.
    4. Click Uninstall to confirm.
    Hit Accept if its useful :)

    You don't have to find them they will automatically install when you reboot after step 4 above
