Precision Touchpad Activation

When I first got this laptop (Aspire E 15/E5-573G-52G3) and updated it to Windows 10, the precision touchpad feature was functional. After an unknown update, its features were reduced to that of a normal touchpad. I'm not sure if the original driver was from Synaptics or ELAN but after that update, the driver was updated to an ELAN Smart-Pad driver. The settings app does not state that I have a precision touchpad, even though I do, as I've used it and it's one of the features of this laptop. I need to reactivate its features and get rid of this driver issue but don't know how to do so. How do I go about this? Thank you.

Hi,
Go to BIOS screen, move to Main tab and check whether the Touchpad is in Basic mode, if it is, switch to Advanced mode.

I have tried everything, the touch pad is not here, it's not in Bios ever since win 10 from 8 also my earphones do not work but internal and external speakers do

I have ES1 711, I do not have the touch pad, I have gone into Bios but it's not there just wireless Mouse and there seems to be nowhere to reload the software for it
