GPU Fan stopping / starting into max RPM constantly on Triton 700 1080 MaxQ
Hi,
I recently got the Triton 700 1080 MaxQ and I've noticed the GPU fan has a very strange cooling pattern when idling?
The fan completely stops and then spinning up into maximum RPM for a second or so and then stops again, this causes a lot of noticeable fan noise; this doesn't seem to be a problem when gaming as the fan will kick in and keep the GPU below 80c but when not gaming the fan doesn't spin at a lower RPM regularly like the CPU Fan is and just keeps stopping and starting at max RPM constantly.
Is this normal? I've noticed the left side of the Laptop is very hot to touch when idling; the right side where the CPU is only slightly warm and the CPU fan is constantly spinning even at a low RPM.
