Predator X34 overclocked to 100Hz but Max Refresh Rate is 60Hz?

A while ago I bought the original X34 (i.e. not the X34p). Stupidly I didn't properly test the x34 G-sync when I first got it, mainly because I went off playing games for a while. Now I'm back gaming and have realised that G-Sync isn't actually working, despite the OSD Overclock seeming to work with 100Hz. The Information section of the OSD says the maximum refresh rate is 60Hz and the Pendulum G-Sync test pattern clearly shows tearing at 100Hz. I have an MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Gaming X 8GB Graphics Card (GTX1080-GAMING-X-8G).

I've uninstalled the NVidia drivers and reinstalled (now on driver version 25.21.14.2531 - 9/04/2019), but that hasn't changed anything. I'm on Windows 10.

Is there some procedure I can go through to try to fix this?

Oh. My. Idiotic. God. It seems I hadn't fixed the refresh rate in the NVIDIA Control Panel!? It must've reverted at some point.
