nitro 5 lagging problem

i have acer nitro 5 ryzen 5 2500u version . i had done bios update to 1.13 . it start lagging very much.the problem arrises with the recently update of the windows. every program i open says not responding. please provide solution of this.

    Hi @mannu ,
    Some times windows update may cause the conflicts of the program so you can try doing a system restore to take the unit to the day before windows update.
    follow the below instructions to do system restore:
    1. Open Start.
    2. Search for Create a restore point, and click the top result to open the System Properties experience.
    3. Click the System Restore button.

    4. Click the Next button. 

    5. Select the restore point that you want to use on your computer. Click the Scan for affected programs button to understand the apps that will no longer be available because they're added after the creation of the restore point. 

    6. Click the Close button. Click the Next button. Click the Finish button.

    That isn't the model number, it would be something like AN515-**
