Trying to repaste my laptop and I find out that one of the screws on the CPU is already stripped and it's screwed down pretty ***** tight. Any idea what model those screws are? And any tips to removing the screw?

How can that be possible ?? did you bought it brand new have you ever opened it before ?? i have repasted/fixed loads of laptops and never stripped a screw in my hole life its just a matter of using the right and appropriate tools to do it you only option now its to try with a rubber band and a proper screw driver to see if you can get it out if not theres nothing you can do without breaking everything
