Hello everyone i have helios 500 from 8 months, today i bought hyperx cloud alpha(they are with 3mm jack only, no USB). First windows doesn't detect any new headphones or microphones and my acer trueharmony worked well. After updating audio drivers nothing happens. After that i installed newest windows 10 from Microsoft. Update with all drivers from acer support and now my acer trueharmony doesnt work well and windows does not detect new headphones. But if i remove network and install old realtek it detects microphone but when i refresh windows puts the newest drivers and nothing works well. Can someone help me?

There is both headphone and mic jacks on the H500.
Do you have a proper splitter?

I have a cable 1 to 1 3.mm jack and 1 to 2 (headphone and microphone) from HyperX. Headphones works well on other PC i think the problem is windows drivers. And everytime when i start up my PC, windows want to install realtek drivers(picture below)

There is my Device Manager. Microphone is only detected when on Sound, video and game controllers is High Definition Audio not Realtek(R) Audio i think HDA is older driver. And when i plug my microphone, on Realtek Audio Console nothing happens it's not detected. My older headphones are with USB and they are detected.
