Wobbly focus ring/lens on H6517ABD projector

I've recently purchased a projector and I'm finding that the focus ring is quite loose.  When you focus the image, the focus ring and the lens moves sideways - only by 1-2mm, but it moves the projected image several cm, so you have to do a bit of jiggling of the focus ring to re-centre the image.  I'm mainly going to be using the projector on a fixed mount, so once it is focused and the image centred it's okay (unless I jog the projector).  Is this looseness normal?

In general, it shoudnt be loose. You could actually dismantle the device and adjust the ring accordingly. If you do not want to try it on your own then consult acer support for help.

I received my device today and I have the oposite problem, the focus lever doesn't move.
Do you have a picture showing how to make it spin?
