My E1-771-6607 stall with "Acer BYOC service unavailable" and "This Acer app not responding. Restart the app?" messages. Any action taken had no results. Also, all shortcut icons pined on the Task bar were gone and the wallpaper was changed with black. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Click the start icon in the tray. Click settings. Click System. Click apps & features. Click on abfiles and uninstall. If that doesn't remove the notice, remove any other abfiles and AOP framework that you find in the apps and features directory. Jack E/NJ

    Thanks JackE!
All is good, I followed your instructions and also used Acer Recovery. Everything is back to normal. Thanks again!
