I occasionally hear clicking sounds coming from the fan. I decided to set the fan to max in predator sense to see what happens, the clicking noise got louder.
I put the fan back to auto and tilted the device to see if i could see anything strange only for the clicking sound to increase and a slight smoke appears. I see some dust build up under the bottom at the fan intake.
Should i be worried? Should i just go buy some compressed air and see if that helps? Or could it be more serious since i see some smoke when tilted?

The "smoke" is most likely a dust poof being dislodged from tilting. It being dislodged may have fixed it.

BUT.. since I'm not there to see it for myself and your saying "smoke".... Get it serviced by Acer to be sure.

We don't want a preventable fire to start. (Although I've never seen brushless motors catch on fire in a laptop)
