Poor Acer Support Service

In February, i bought a acer nitro 5. i5 7300hq, 1050, 12 gb ram. it had problems so i sent it in once. then i sent it again and both times they didnt fix my problems. I called in and told them and got a lvl 2 department speaking with me. so he said he found a replacement for a acer predator helios 300. which was a significant upgrade. it has power throttling issues. FIY this is june now. and i have a flight on the 25. so i called in on 10th and told them. the lvl 2 department support told me okay. so i waited 7 day to find that he didnt find one yet, and he said that it will take 7 business days to order one. now my replacmet wont make it in time, and i dont kknow what to do.

    As many folks will say, this forum is mostly a peer-to-peer network and none of us can contact Acer directly on your behalf. Occasionally, @Acer-Manny and others pop in, but that's not a guarantee. I can only suggest you contact the level 2 support person and explain your situation again.

    i did , i told him i have a flight. he said that it will take 7 business days to order a laptop, what i am thinking right now is why didnt you order one earlier. 
    i hope some acer empoloyee comes and helps me.

    AboOmarJeddin well i suppose even Acer US staff in here cant do much for you only acer support in your country can sort it out for you they dont have access to your issue its a case of support jurisdiction on each country and i couldnt also understand the issue you are having (are you thermal throttling or whats the issue here?) and 12gb ram its bad either work in dual channel or stick to a single sodimm dont mix them and you stated you have a 1050 (not 1050 ti) only is it a 4gb or 2gb variant

    If so and if you have a 1050 2gb you cant expect much from it its really outdated and if you have purchased it lately let me just say you have made a really bad deal probably for the money you spent you could get a much better one H300 from 2017 for ex anyway this is just my opinion of course the money was yours not mine :)

    So I boght a Acer nitro 5 an515-51. I5 7300hq 12 gb GTX 1050 4 gb. It had problem and I replaced it for a Acer predator Helios 300. I7 8750h GTX 1060 6gb 16 ram

    What was you problem with the device in question hardware issues/thermal ? havent got a clue why in your country they ended up by doing the 12gb 8+4 on ram its really odd because its a bit useless for gaming and even worse for rendering works not the first i had seen with that setup also we cant ask much of the 7300HQ regarding rendering its a bit slow but its ok for gaming as long as you have good ram and proper storage it becomes a beast

    I also dont have a idea of why they did 12 gb ram 
    for the first device my problem was that the  cpu was getting capped for some reason, and they tried to repair it 2 times but failed so they replaced it. 
    now the other device i got has a power throttling issue. when i play games i get power throttle like crazy and get  frame drops a lot.
