In February, i bought a acer nitro 5. i5 7300hq, 1050, 12 gb ram. it had problems so i sent it in once. then i sent it again and both times they didnt fix my problems. I called in and told them and got a lvl 2 department speaking with me. so he said he found a replacement for a acer predator helios 300. which was a significant upgrade. it has power throttling issues. FIY this is june now. and i have a flight on the 25. so i called in on 10th and told them. the lvl 2 department support told me okay. so i waited 7 day to find that he didnt find one yet, and he said that it will take 7 business days to order one. now my replacmet wont make it in time, and i dont kknow what to do.
