Acer Nitro AN515-52 - Fan Speed

When i start up my Nitro AN515-52 the fan is on full speed then goes back to low fan speed, why's that?

    Whether you already have them or not (they may be corrupted) do this. Download Acer Quick Access and Nitrosense from your product support. Then boot into Safe mode, uninstall Acer Quick Access if you have it then reboot to safe mode and install it again, if you don't have it install it and proceed, restart in safe mode again and do exactly the same process with Nitrosense but reboot into normal mode after reinstalling it. Let us know how it goes

    @andy7734 yes it does but I'm in a pickle to open it up, been uninstalling it and reinstalling it but doesn't seem to work

    tried it this afternoon and i couldn't log into my laptop through safe mode so i'm not gonna bother about it, cheers for the help though

    Don't understand what you mean by can't log in in safe mode, I've never heard of that before. Anyway do all of the above in Normal mode then and let me know how it goes

    yeah, uninstalled both nitro sense and acer quick access and rebooted then reinstalled it both rebooted again now i can access nitro sense, cheers buddy
