Ethernet Adapter no longer working/showing on Predator Orion 3000

I was using my computer about an hour ago connected to the ethernet, turned off my computer and windows updated itself. I have since come back and the eternet is not working whatsoever and I can not get any ethernet adapters to show . Any help please?

    Try switching on view hidden in Device Manager and see if it's there. If not it'd likely be worth it to reseat the card before contacting Acer for warranty repair.

    Good afternoon Gilthresa !

    Open your CMD and type: ping 127.0.0.1 and see the return to verify that the card is active.

    Check with Device Manager if the adapter is displaying correctly or if there are any errors.
    You can also try restarting your modem / router.
    Or you can click on the adapter (if it is visible) and ask to revert the driver to an earlier version.
    Another tentative yet viable is to download the driver on another device and try to update via USB.
