Boa noite, não nenhuma semana que comprei meu notebook e ele apresenta o bug do uso 100% disco, alem de utilizar aquele video com diversas soluçoes para corrigir o erro tentei todas e nao consegui de forma alguma, liguei para o suporte da acer e me guiaram para fazer uma restauração de fabrica, durante o processo o notebook ficou durante 4 horas na porcentagem 13%, cansado de esperar desliguei o notebook e mesmo assim o erro continuava, acreditei que o windows vindo de fabrica estava com defeito então criei uma partição nova no HD e instalei um windows puro baixado pelo proprio site da microsoft e mesmo assim o erro persistia, alguem teria mais alguma soluçao ?
Good night, not a week I bought my notebook and it presents the bug of use 100% disk, besides using that video with several solutions to correct the error I tried all and I did not at all, I called acer support During the process the notebook stayed for 4 hours in the 13% percentage, tired of waiting to turn off the notebook and still the error continued, I believed that the windows coming from factory was defective so I created a new partition in HD and installed a pure windows downloaded by microsoft own site and still the error persisted, someone else would have some solution?
