Xb271hu customer service quality.

So i did a RMA on ma Acer Xb271HU monitor, the issue is an artifact/smudge on the left side.. it took over 2 weeks for them to write that they cannot replicate the issue..iv waited for nothing and still have faulty monitor that i paid 700$

Also i have a 2nd monitor plugged (DELL) and no issues on it..
