    Hi!!

    @bsigal

    Have you tried force shutting down the computer and rebooting it back? May I know, how long (in minutes) after restarting you have the same Acer logo screen with spinning wheel? Please share the exact model of your Acer laptop.

    Yes, tried that several times.   Acer Logo disappears quickly, then only wheel spin.  Longest wheel spin was 3 hours last night.  Model is Acer Aspire One Cloudbook Cloudbook, 64 GB, 2 GB.

    Thanks for the reply. I suspect that OS is corrupted. As your Cloudbook has eMMC chip HDD of 64GB, you need to use Microsoft Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to Correct this boot Issue.

    Thanks, didn't find that article on Acer site (found others I'm trying), but I can create the media creation tool on another computer and plug it into the Acer and try the fix.  I'll lt you know how it works out.

    Hi, didn't try media tool, but found a 'fix' that worked on a Win 10 desktop with identical problem and tried it.  Basically, "Delete last Win 10 feature update" (whose restart lead to problem).  Article suggested restarting immediately on seeing rotating wheel and repeat.  After 2nd or 3rd time, a new message appeared on lower screen, saying '...trying to diagnose...", then offered options to Advanced Diagnose, then several including Delete last Feature update, Delete last Security update.  Deleting the Feature update did the trick.  Thanks again for your rapid response.
